If you can’t find Henry in the office or showroom, chances are he’s out on the road keeping our distribution customers happy (and maybe testing the limits of his car’s coffee cup holders). As Sales Manager, his mission is simple but ambitious: grow our distribution network while making sure our current partners continue to receive the best quality materials, unmatched service, and a whole lot of genuine care—the kind you only get from family values.

Henry’s toolkit includes a GPS, a phone full of customer contacts, and just enough charm to turn traffic jams into networking opportunities. Whether he’s shaking hands with new partners or checking in on long-standing ones, he’s always steering us toward growth without ever losing sight of what matters most: relationships built on trust, quality, and a dash of humor.

Meet Gaz, our Sales Coordinator extraordinaire, who’s been with Designer Tile Company since 1995—long enough to remember when tiles were just square! A lifelong Leicester City fan, Gaz knows a thing or two about loyalty, and he’s been showing the same dedication to our customers for nearly three decades.

When he’s not coordinating orders and stock with the accuracy of a James Maddison free kick, Gaz is a devoted family man, juggling home life with the same energy as a Vardy hat-trick. Whether he’s keeping an eye on tile trends or the Premier League table, Gaz brings passion, commitment, and a winning smile to everything he does.

Meet Elaine, the steady hand behind the numbers and the one who keeps our team firmly on track. Since joining Designer Tile Company in 2015, she’s been making sure every penny is accounted for and every budget balanced, all while keeping the lads in line with a calm authority that only she can pull off.

Beyond the spreadsheets, Elaine has a true spirit of adventure. She’s happiest when exploring new places on her travels or heading off on walking holidays, whether it’s a bustling city or a quiet countryside trail. Just as she brings order and balance to the business, she brings the same energy and curiosity to life outside of work.

Introducing Lee, the delivery dynamo with a dash of cheekiness! With a smile as wide as his delivery route, Lee brings not only your deliveries but also a hefty dose of laughter to your doorstep. He's the kind of guy who can make even the grumpiest customer crack a smile before they've signed for their delivery. Lee's style is smooth, efficient, and sprinkled with just the right amount of mischief to keep things interesting.
